Almost Wordless Wednesday...I want as many people to know the "real" Vick as possible

I just had to address the most recent fiasco involving Michael Vick and now the city of Dallas.  I can't say that I'm shocked, but I'm angry enough to post this today.  More on the Nyxie story later...

If you want to know the real Vick and what actually happened, please read The Lost Dogs by Jim Gorant.

Here's the Amazon link if you want to buy this book.
I just finished it and it's well-worth the read for anyone interested in justice, compassion and stories of actual redemption!

  6. I saw your comment on Two PItties in the City and thought I'd stop by. I'm so glad I did. Wow, that's a powerful video. Thank you for posting it. I have to confess I'm too chicken to read that book. I've read a lot about the torture these dogs endured and the incredible transformation of many of them, and I just can't bear any more tears.

  7. Michael Vick is the biggest piece of S@!T on the planet! His "I'm so sorry and I'm totally redeemed" is a big lie that is continued to be spread by his PR people. They only do it so he can play in the NFL and live his "normal" high dollar life. What a scum bag! I seriously hope he gets hit by a bus! I refused to watch any game he was in and was always praying some nice linebacker would break his legs. Too bad that didn't happen.

Yes, I hate him. I hope the S O B gets what is coming to him one day. And, I hope it hurts like hell!

  8. It is on my list of books to read, just haven't bought it yet because I have four books already that I haven't read!

Also, I agree with every word Holly and Khady said... the man is disgusting.

  9. Mom says she hopes to get to read this book too.

We can't believe you found a red sibe, red? Really? We just have to get Mom out looking for another one. Ours is sort of a dilute black and white/gray. We were worried you wouldn't find one because Mom has been in a bunch of those stores and they were all gone. A local elementary and high school both have the husky as their mascot.

    Have a great weekend.
